Immigration: Green Cards & Visas

We represent clients in all areas of immigration law including immigrant visas (permanent residents/green cards) through employment or through family based petitions, and non-immigrant visas such as H1B, Student, Visitor, L Intracompany Transferees, E Investor, or K Fiance visas. We also provide assistance to green card holders applying for citizenship through the naturalization process. Divorce & Family Law

We handle dissolution of marriage (divorce) as well as other family law matters such as adoption or guardianship. We offer flat rates for non-contested divorces where both parties agree to the terms of the divorce.
